PHP/SQL Developer Wanted

Resource Center

User End - Users will be able to upload and download everything for free. If a user is the author they will be able to view it straight through their profile (so if you like someones icons you can click their name and see what else they uploaded) User's will be able to keep track of their downloads and uploads

Upload Center - Here a user can select the type of upload they are going to be doing. Such as Upload a Render, Stock, Etc. Either it be an image or file. Image will be it's own preview, if its a file such as a psd, brush, gradient or any other file the user must upload an image preview of the file. After the user uploads the files they upload go into a cue for which one of the staff must approve. The staff can edit the file such as location to make sure it gets in the correct area.

Tutorial system - Will be coded so that the user will be using BB Code not html just such as in vB here.

Gallery - Stocks, Icons, Renders and any image only files

Resource Center - here a user can download fonts, brushes, psds and any other non image files. They can view the preview of the file they are downloading by an image the author has uploaded.

News Article - this is quite simple and most wordpress's already have this so I am sure it's the easiest of features.

Admin Panel - This admin panel will be designed to match the site and will allow us to restrict users from downloading, visiting the site, editing files, deleting files, ban users and some other features needed.

I understand with a good developer this can be done in a few weeks time span. I do understand it could take a bit longer. The difference is how much time you can put forth it per day.
